The ideal candidate will have to manage multiple projects/deliverables at the same time. Interface with Business and other IT teams. May have to provide L1 production support over weekends if required.
- Analyze and interpret all business and functional requirements and configure/customize Actimize modules accordingly.
- Support development teams with design and troubleshooting issues
- Perform root cause analysis on all processes and resolve all production issues
- Work closely with project Business Analyst to ensure that the end to end designs meet the business requirements.
- Coordinate technical design with other IT teams
- Actimize Product: ActOne, IFMX, CDDX, WLX, SAM
- Operating Systems: Windows and Unix
- App Servers: Web Sphere, Tomcat
