Job Description:
Enterprise Architecture & Engineering (EAE) is a growing department within the Global Technology division at Bank of America that is responsible for:- Improving the experience for our developers, making it easier to deliver industry-leading solutions, while managing work efficiently and with the right controls.

- Reducing risk and improving quality across our technology portfolio by aligning to a single enterprise architecture strategy and delivering governance that enables consistency, integration, and automation.
- Scheduling of meetings and calendar management.
- Prepare managers for day meetings including daily calendar, assist in compiling and organizing documents and materials for meetings.
- Performing onboarding tasks for incoming resources/offboarding tasks for exiting resources.
- Accurately arrange complex, detailed and frequently changing travel plans and itineraries.
- Expense processing.
- Assist with various administrative aspects of the ETASC Leadership team.
- May assist other Sr. members of the leadership team when needed.
- Assist key leaders in coordinating and managing of team routines, events and activities.
- Needs to be resourceful and able to work autonomously across a complex organization structure.
- Must be able to be adaptable and work with well with people with different interpersonal styles.
- Must be able to work across multiple time zones based on critical needs.
- Must have prior work or current work experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Demonstrated ability in either current or prior positions to interact with senior level executives.
- Ability to work independently and with a team, multi-task, manage time wisely; handle confidential and sensitive material with highest degree of integrity.
- Strong executive presence; superior interpersonal communications skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multi-task in an urgent and deadline-driven environment.
- Accuracy/quality control - must demonstrate accuracy & thoroughness and monitor own work to ensure quality.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Pro-active attitude with ability to stay focused and maximize time efficiently.
- Knowledge of Bank of America systems including Concur, Ariba/eRequest, Corporate travel services, myfacilities, visitor access system, etc.
