Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Real Estate & Property industry in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role will primarily involve administrative tasks such as document management, conversion, and correspondence with tenants. It will also require occasional office visits, offering a hybrid working model with flexible hours.Responsibilities: Convert various documents into a single PDF file to be sent to tenants Handle high volumes of administrative tasks efficiently Maintain and update tenant records accurately Respond to tenant inquiries in a timely and professional manner Visit the office occasionally for certain tasks that may require in-person attention Utilize PDF and other software tools to accomplish tasks Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the administrative needs of the team Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations Monitor tenant accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Proven experience as an administrative assistant, or similar role in the Real Estate & Property industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Understanding of office management systems and procedures. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently. Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Experience with office equipment such as fax machines and printers. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
