Description Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support our teams by enhancing agile practices and facilitating high-level coordination across multiple scrum teams. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Scrum of Scrums and release management, capable of guiding teams through complex, cross-functional initiatives while promoting continuous improvement in agile practices. The Agile Coach will play a key role in enabling successful delivery cycles, release planning, and ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.Responsibilities:

Serve as an Agile Coach for multiple scrum teams, enhancing their understanding and adoption of agile principles and practices.

Facilitate Scrum of Scrums to ensure effective communication, dependency management, and alignment across teams.

Oversee and manage release planning activities, working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and release teams to coordinate timelines and objectives.

Identify, track, and help resolve inter-team dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks that could impact delivery schedules.

Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams in agile best practices to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Track and report on agile metrics to stakeholders, providing insights into project health and progress.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Agile Coach, with expertise in Scrum of Scrums and release management.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Agile at Scale.

Hands-on experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills to effectively manage cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems to support successful project outcomes.

Nice-to-Have:

Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or SAFe certifications.

Experience in managing large-scale agile transformations or enterprise-wide agile adoption.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, supporting an integrated approach to release management.
