Location: Charlotte, NC Position Type: IT-Contract Job Summary: The individual should be able to liaise with multiple levels of leadership, understand financial terminologies, excellent communicator and manage stakeholder expectations. Understanding of agile engineering is desirable. Job Responsibilities:- Provide support to Payments COO by pro-actively understanding responsibilities and managing tasks independently
- Establish and maintain effective communication with Process Owners, Regional Managers, Product Owners, and Key Stakeholders
- Lead activities related to setting standards, best practices, metrics for the Emerging Payments organization
- Coordinate with the BSM team for budget, forecast and other financial activities
- Coordinate effectively with central teams: risk, auditing, finance, HRetc.
- Understand risk management and orchestrate closure of app maintenance risks
- Strong ability to prepare and deliver presentations
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with several competing priorities
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Ability to analyze data and trends to support performance enablement
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building/managing skills
- Ability to balance multiple needs, requests, and goals
- Project management experience or equivalent working with large scale implementations
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Previous business support management experience
- Experience in financial services industry
- Working in an Agile engineering ecosystem
