- Perform testing, using test scripts, on data movement and data quality controls
- Review technical documents to understand controls built into ETL or database movement tools
- Succinctly document findings and clearly communicate them to business partners
- Identify broad thematic control gaps across assets to provide to domain partners
- Identify process enhancement opportunities during the course of regular work
- Manage controls inventory for domain and assets assigned
- Review enterprise data incident management tickets for trigger scope
- 3+ years of experience in one of the following areas: software development, quality assurance, audit, operational risk or data analysis
- 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas: software development, quality assurance, business analysis, or database administration
- Basic SQL/PL, basic Unix scripting, and basic knowledge of software development
- Strong Office Product Skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure, calmly within tight deadlines and escalate appropriately
- Strong quantitative skills, critical thinking, and the ability to support multiple assignments simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Drive to learn about data management community and how stakeholders are connected
- Informatica Certification, PL/SQL certification, or other tool certifications
- Bank of America Experience
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal instruction
- IT Audit or Governance background
- Understanding of EDM Standards and Policy
