Job Description:

The selected candidate will work closely with GT&O business and technical partners, will drive discussions with various source systems, subject matter expertise and downstream users of the Technology ADS to identify, define, and implement data requirements. Candidate will work closely with the Technology ADS development and testing teams to ensure the business requirements are being met. Candidate will be responsible for translating requirements into Agile stories for developers. Candidate partners closely with Technology to create an infrastructure and processes that adhere to the EDM standards and other regulatory mandates. The candidate will provide ongoing support for the Technology ADS regarding reporting, data usage, onboarding new users, and identifying new requirements.

Requirements:• 5+ year in data analysis, evaluation• Basic SQL/PL SQL• Expert understanding of translating business requirements to technical/design requirements and Agile stories• Ability to partner with other functional areas to support the Technology ADS• Ability to develop awareness of business function for which application is being designed in order to drive out detailed requirements and form effective partnerships• Strong analytical ability, independent problem solving, and good communication skills• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and deliver in a fast paced agile environment• Expert knowledge and experience in software development methodologies and industry practices• Expert understanding and experience with building and deploying enterprise applications• Ability to work in a matrix environment with minimal supervision• Excellent written, verbal and diagramming skills. Expertise in using PowerPoint and clearly articulating findings/presenting solutions

Nice to have:• Experience with Bank of America Enterprise Data polices and landscape, especially in GT&O• Experience working with big data and eco system is a plus• Experience working with database systems (e.g. Exadata, NoSQL, Cassandra, Neo4j, etc.)• Experience working as part of an Agile team and using Agile SDLC tools (Jira, etc.)
