Application Support / Production Support . This role is long-term and based in Charlotte, NC.Please let me know if you are available and interested to proceed.- Level 2 application prod or non-prod support
- Work on the incident management and has to resolve issue through mission control
- Primary Skill : Splunk, AppDynamics, Big Panda, Netcool – experience in combination of tools
- Shell Scripting knowledge as to look into Splunk log file for troubleshooting
- Basics on Windows / Unix OS
- Experience in. Net / Java application support and good to have middleware application knowledge
