Ariba Support Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities: - Goal of this role is to handle system development activities (enhancements, upgrades, incident resolutions, and cloud application integration) for suppliers, contracts, projects and all procurement topics- Develop mapping and pre-requisites for interface setup- Execute customization and configuration of Ariba On-Premise solutions- Development, testing, deployment and post-production activities- Document and communicate best practices, processes, gaps, and procedures Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields- 1 - 5 years of experience providing procurement and spend management support- 1 - 5 years of experience with integration, conversion, and JAVA Development- 1 - 5 years of experience with cloud computing and migration/deployment planning- Experience with tools such as INSOMNIA/POSTMAN or TOAD- Understanding of REST API, and JSON- Proactive and ability to work on fast paced environment- Ability to lead team and own work- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to clearly articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences Preferences: - Ariba On Premise or Ariba On Demand Experience - MULESOFT Development Experience
