DUTIES:
  • Collaborate in the development of technology products, service standards and development efforts that impact the client/business area.
  • Resolve issues and complex service requests.
  • Provide guidelines in resolving any production issues including job failures or business user data related issues.
  • Interact with infrastructure, release management, change management, QA and application teams for releases and infrastructure activities.
  • Provide technical support to production batch cycles and troubleshoot issues that requires subject matter expertise.
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises.
  • Understand business processes related to Corporate Investments, Capital, and Liquidity to be able to interface the technology with the stated business functions and support critical Treasury functions.
  • Support critical Corporate Treasury applications that deliver time sensitive daily regulatory reports with tight deadlines using Large Enterprise Production support experience.
  • Work in Windows, Unix, Red Hat Open Shift Container Platform, Shell Scripting, Job Schedulers like Autosys, Apache Airflow, ETL like Informatica to support batch processing.
  • Use Databases including Oracle to process large volume of data received from source system, to handle any database performance for the daily regulatory reporting and to address data quality issues.
  • Work with monitoring tools to monitor the data processing, user process/workflows, server capacity like CPU, memory, disk space utilization.
  • Utilize tools like JIRA, BMC Remedy for incident management to properly track and communicate to Corporate Treasury business users, downstream system during outages, delays that impacts meeting service level agreements.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS or related; and
  • 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
  • Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following: Financial and IT experience;
  • Supporting critical Corporate Treasury applications that delivers time sensitive daily regulatory reports with tight deadlines using Large Enterprise Production support experience;
  • Working in Windows, Unix, Red Hat Open Shift Container Platform, Shell Scripting, Job Schedulers like Autosys, Apache Airflow, ETL like Informatica to support batch processing;
