Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive status to senior executives, project champions and Portfolio Delivery Leads.
  • Handle product backlog with input from key stakeholders.
  • Define and prioritize stories with input from the Agile team.
  • Define product processes, tooling standards, story acceptance criteria and accept story implementations.
  • Socialize Stories where consumer/practitioner feedback is required. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
  • Facilitate dependency/risk /impediment removal.
  • Collaborate and focus on continuous improvement including cross-skilling across the team.
  • Measure delivery, maturity, and performance.
  • Review metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Plan and execute Program Increments (PIs) for the value-stream across Bank of America's Digital Process Automation Center of Excellence.
  • Utilize agile tools, including Jira or Rally, to facilitate the teams daily stand ups, iterations planning, backlog reviews, and retrospectives as a part of the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement key performance metrics dashboards to track project delivery and provide transparency on key issues and risks.
  • Plan production releases utilizing tools, including BMC Remedy, to track release tasks, report milestones, and assess dependencies across application and infrastructure support teams.
  • Use the Scaled Agile Framework to assess multiple scrum teams working in a cross functional release train.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Applied Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or related; and
  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
  • Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following: Utilizing agile tools, including Jira or Rally, to facilitate the teams daily stand ups, iterations planning, backlog reviews, and retrospectives as a part of the software development lifecycle;
  • Developing and implementing key performance metrics dashboards to track project delivery and provide transparency on key issues and risks;
