Job Description:

Project Manager role supporting Marketing Risk initiatives that requires technology remediation. The candidate must have a Project Management background with strong communications skills required to facilitate meetings with Data Analytics and Insights Technology (DAIT) and the Line of Business (LOB). Must stay on top of BofA Enterprise Change Management Policy and Program Standards. Must be able to lead multiple projects representing various areas. Role requires efforts focused on Cloud Governance initiatives and risk efforts including Self-Identified Audit Issues, Audit Identified Audit Issues and Risk Identified Audit Issues. Projects could also include Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) efforts as well. Must able to quickly communicate changes to policy and procedures to the LOB with the ability to "tell the story" of what has changed and the importance of the fluctuations. Looking for someone who is highly organized who can manage tight timelines and is not afraid to ask questions. This individual will help identify emerging risks and issues to escalate to DAIT leadership; develop and execute strategies to engage and influence all stakeholders; and create clear, coherent approach to guide effective program / initiative execution and control. Must have an inner drive to make progress week over week. Expected to manage projects by using project management systems including PPRT, Nexus, Jira and other tools. Incumbents typically have over 7+ years of project and/or risk management.

Required Skills:

•Experience in developing and executing monitoring and oversight programs, 7 -10 years project management experience•Excellent Communication skills both orally in large meetings and written with stakeholders from various backgrounds and levels within the organization•The ability to influence and to build strong relationships•Avoids complacency with routine processes and displays intellectual curiosity to challenge the status quo and tackle challenging problems with the ability to come up with solutions•Self-motivated with excellent follow-up and resolution, able to work independently with minimal direction•Able execute while managing competing priorities
