If you’re ready to bring insights and experience in areas such as IoT, Blockchain and digital transformation, we are ready to offer you a best in class career development.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIBM Global Business Services (GBS) is seeking an Associate Partner (AP) to be a senior originations and delivery role as part of the Banking & Financial Markets (BFM) – Cognitive Process Transformation Practice. The role is responsible for leveraging their experience to work with Business, Technology and Operations Executives to identify and define transformational programs to drive business outcome and generate technical and operational efficiencies.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Lead originate advisory mandates for core banking process transformation and technical solutioning opportunities, with sales and delivery targets

Solution leveraging IBM technology assets and accelerators and deliver with excellence

Develop and maintain strong relationship with senior client stakeholders

Be regarded as both a strategic thought leader and practical solution implementer

Manage the financial planning, internal approval process, contract negotiations, staffing for new projects

Ensure the success and profitability for all work done within the key account.

Ability to navigate thru complex and matrixed organization

Formally and informally mentor team members

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in a top consulting firm or a bank.

Experience leading complex project teams

Experience in leading front to back transformation and reengineering initiatives

Successful track record in complex advisory projects

BFM industry expert in Finance, Operations, Capital Markets, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance.

Experience managing large clients

Relationships with senior level COO, CIO, business leads in banking industry

Demonstrable business development track record

Demonstrable experience leading complex mandates

Strong track record of engagement oversight and enhancing client relationships.

Experience mentoring and guiding the professional development of staff members.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 15 years of relevant work experience.

At least 5 years of consulting experience with BFM clients.

Experience with process technology tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Blueworks live,

Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Cognitive technology exposure
