Role: Automation Test Lead Location: Charlotte - NC Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Further Extndable) Experience 8+yrs Required Skills -, Selenium, API Roles & Responsibilities Create test strategy, identify test scenarios, create/review test plan, identify risks and take corrective actions, organize training review deliverables, perform automation feasibility & recommend appropriate automation framework & validate test environment WITH the objective of review deliverables, validate test environment, ensuring consistent quality of the deliverables and completion of testing process WITHIN the project and client requirements. Test Requirement Analysis: - Create/modify/review Master Test Strategy document for large engagements - Create/update/review Test Estimations, Project/ Sprint Planning effort - Leverage previous project experience/learning like Retrospection Report, Lesson Learnt for better requirement analysis - Review architecture & design work products by adopting White Box testing techniques to identify defects by leveraging predefined checklist and cognizant solution accelerators(if any) Test Strategy and Test Planning: Create test strategy (that includes release date, types of testing, scope of the project, detail explanation of release, RAID - Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies etc .
