Billing Analysts are responsible for the analysis, documentation, and creating billing solutions for billing systems. Billing Analysts will ensure billing solutions meet specified and approved requirements from our internal customers as well as Billing Executive leadership. This position includes documenting high-level solutions, performing testing of the solution, documenting the configuration, submitting developer requirements (if required), and providing technical billing subject matter expertise and support of billing solution launches.

Responsible for providing technical support and assisting in developing and implementing related to 3rd party billing systems
Analyzing and looking at trends in the data in the biller and understanding tables
Analyze systems for ongoing performance improvements at user and system levels
Perform software testing, documentation and provide training
Make changes to existing billers

Required skills:

SQL
Excel
Ability to adapt to change quickly
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
