for the management and creation of business analytic dashboards, processes and

strategies such as: data integration, operational reporting, ad-hoc analysis,

dashboard innovation and data mining exercises. Works with Service line leaders

to drive innovation, create standardized best practices and policies while

executing account initiatives and strategic efforts.ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDesigns

business metrics for accountability. Meets with various business groups to

understand their requirements. Business metrics may include Key

performance indicators, aggregate portfolio additions and run off,

operational effectiveness measures and/or cash management measures.

Leadsprojects and coordinates involvement of personnel from other departmentsand information technology groups to facilitate successful projectimplementations.

Leadsthe end-to-end model development process from problem identificationthrough data gathering, analyses, gaining consensus, and implementationinto business practice.

Leadsand manages performance measurement, reporting and campaign optimization,specifically tracking performance vs. KPI (Key Performance Indicators),ROI (Return on Investment), and consumer trends.

Preparesand presents results of analysis and reports along with their relativeimpact(s) to the business to all levels of management.

Understandsthe conceptual, logical and physical data models necessary to support theanalytic data requirements.

Generates,reviews and understands reports. Uses aggregate data from multiple sourcesto assist in creating a complete analysis, improvement and/orrecommendation.

Reviewsthe accuracy of information provided and responds to requests frommanagement and vendors.

Understandsand works with scenario planning (exit/maintain/grow) tools/models.Analyzes trends in general business conditions.

Coordinateinvolvement of personnel from other departments and information technologygroups to facilitate successful project implementations.

Actas a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems/processes in subjectteams and day-to-day functions.

Designs,generates, reviews and understands reports. Uses aggregate data frommultiple sources to create a complete analysis, improvement and/orrecommendation(s).

Developdata structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse andstandardize data that helps to generate insights and addresses reportingneeds

Performad-hoc, strategic analysis of structured and unstructured data acrossmultiple data sources

Definedata requirements and gather and validate information, using judgment andstatistical tests

Utilizeprogramming and analytical tools including Tableau, SQL, and the MicrosoftTechnology Stack to develop data models and/or extract insight

Identifyopportunities to use data, modeling and optimization methods to developnew strategies and improve business performance

Developad hoc analytics and reporting based on analysis of existing data sourcesutilizing a variety of tools (i.e. Tableau)

Developsscenario planning tools/models (exit/maintain/grow). Prepares forecastsand analyzes trends in general business conditions

Identifiesopportunities for improvements by and among the client and/or accountleadership tea

Reviewsaccuracy of information provided and responds to requests from managementand vendors

Preparesand presents results of analysis and reports along with their relativeimpact(s) to the business to all levels of management.

Assignstasks, responsibilities, evaluates and mentors’ staff.

QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training, including two years of experience at the management level.Previous Project Management, Business Analytics and/or Commercial Real Estate industry and/or related experience preferred.Advanced skills in financial modeling, planning, database management/business intelligence.CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSESPMP (Project Management Professional) designation preferred.COMMUNICATION SKILLSExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGERequires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.REASONING ABILITYAbility to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIESAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook; Advanced understanding of the following technologies: Enterprise Reporting Tool; SSRS Network and server architecture; Microsolf.NET Framework; SQL, C#.NET, ASP.NET, C+, VB.NET, Java, Technology security standards.Knowledge of SSRS, Network and Server Architecture, Microsoft .NET Framework, Project planning and coordination experience preferred.SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITYDecisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.
