Job DescriptionThe business support manager will be responsible for supporting multiple technology executives within Enterprise Architecture and Engineering (EAE). Responsibilities include tracking and reporting on financial and headcount health, opening and tracking positions for hiring, data analysis and location strategy.

Additionally, the selected candidate will:• Partner with supported EAE Executives and peer Business Support Managers (BSMs).• Ensure consistent practices around key processes.• Coordinate and drive effective management routines, calendar coordination, All Hands, employee recognition, etc.• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting on a range of topics, as needed.

Required Skills• Strong analytical, financial management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail.• Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently.• Excellent written / verbal communication skills and executive presence.• Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel.• Well organized/excellent time management skills.• Ability to think strategically across the organization to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency.• Proven ability to develop executive ready communications and presentations.• Ability to develop comprehensive plans around key organizational priorities and ensure all accountable parties understand respective roles/responsibilities.• Prior experience handling multiple facets of running the business of technology: financial management including forecasting, project management, process improvement, reporting, data analysis, etc.

Desired SkillsPrior experience as a BSM within BofA technology team.
