Description: CAO technology is seeking a Senior Technology Manager, in this role you will lead multiple agile technology teams delivering technology change for the CAO portfolio. As a technology leader your end to end responsibilities will span from partnering with the line of business to create/own delivery strategy, through project management, development, testing, deployment and delivery. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:•-Key technology contact with line of business executives ensuring clear and concise communication•-Manages Development, Scrum Masters and Analyst resources to ensure delivery of technology initiatives•-Responsible for developing and maintaining application technology strategy•-Accountable for managing initiative finances working with the line of business and to plan and forecast for all technology needs•-Responsible for management of third party vendors Required Skills: •-Minimum of 5 years' experience as a delivery/technology manager•-You will have managed several large, multi-year technology implementations •-You will possess deep experience across multiple technologies. You are not focused or specialized in any one technology and draw on your experience to align the right technology to the meet the business challenge.•-Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills.
