We're looking for a skilled Communication Specialist to oversee, deliver, and implement communication activities for our client's customer support team. In this role you will communicate and engage effectively with impacted stakeholders in support of customer systems.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the Communication Specialist:- Develop and enhance communication templates and tools for system outages, system changes, and enhancements
- Participate in on-call rotation to support communications for unplanned outages
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately verbally and in writing
- Establish support processes and communication tools needed for SAP solution
- Champion change and coordinate change activities
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or Buisness and 3+ years of related work experience
- High school diploma/GED and 7+ years of related work experience in lieu of degree
- Strong project management skills and experience, demonstrated organizational and planning skills
- Experience working with diverse teams requiring strong collaborative, negotiation, and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, SharePoint, and Visio
- Change management experience
