It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Customer Resolution Collections Analyst to support our Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) division. The Customer Resolution Collections Analyst will be primarily responsible for managing a delinquent group of mortgage borrowers within the CMS collections team. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Contact borrowers for monetary and non-monetary collections such as mortgage payments or a borrower's annual or quarterly financial statements

Read and interpreting loan documents and understanding financial reporting responsibilities

Regular borrower contact to collect mortgage payments, advances and financial statements, processing cash transactions, creating and sending collection correspondence and other loan activities

Accurate delinquency reporting

Financial statement processing and oversight, loan research as needed and ensuring all procedures are in compliance with government regulations and company policies.

Ensure that CMS fulfills its master servicing responsibilities as it relates to loans under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement (PSA)

Provide strong customer service to the CMS client base including anticipating client needs and managing their expectations

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation, and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.Required Qualifications:2+ years of Customer Contact in a Financial Services Environment, Financial Services Operations, Underwriting, or Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information, and comprehending customer issues

Knowledge and understanding of Commercial Mortgage Servicing

Experience in Commercial Real Estate

Ability to research, compile, and perform complex analysis on critical operational data

Collections experience

Ability to switch priorities and stay focused in a team environment

Ability to partner and coordinate with other functions on projects

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

A BS/BA degree or higher
