This could be the long-term contract / temporary to hire Customer Service Representative position you're looking for, if you can work in Charlotte, North Carolina!This role is 9 am to 6 pm 100% in office ResponsibilitiesReceive and place telephone calls

May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

Receive and send written business correspondence

Requirements

No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Customer service and office administrative skills

Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment

2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

Experience using Microsoft Office

Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

SAP experience

Strong familiarity with order entry

Foundational knowledge in Customer Shipments

Expertise in customer invoices
