Our client, an insurance company, is seeking a CW Lead Product Designer
Location:Charlotte, NC Position Type: Contract Job Summary: As a Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for crafting meticulous experiences grounded in customer insights; conceptualize experiences through sketching, storyboarding, information modeling and other methods; facilitate ideation workshops, prototype, test and learn. You will relentlessly advocate for the customer while pushing the boundaries of what's possible for compelling user experiences that deliver on the vision of caring for our customer's finances up to and through retirement. This position requires an information architect or UI-UX designer with a background in digital interactive site design. Candidates should possess knowledge of human factors, HCI and a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality experiences that organize complex high-volume transactional websites into well-integrated systems to solve customer needs. Required:- At least 5 years of experience in a UX related role, 3 or more of those as an IA (information architect) or UI-UX Designer
- A portfolio demonstrating great user-centered design solutions
- Experience using Sketch, Invision and/or Figma
- University degree B.S., B.A. or equivalent in a related field
