- Own Production Work - support data controls, validations, and reconciliations of wholesale loans data; investigate and support remediation of data quality issues; support data needs of internal & external audits
- Support Initiatives - work with Treasury, Technology & Data partners to plan and execute against initiatives - including the creation of data specifications and completing user acceptance testing
- Identify Risks & Opportunities - understand the work, maintain documentation, and look for opportunities to reduce risks and improve processes
- Subject Matter Expertise - develop and leverage knowledge of wholesale credit products and the use of this data across Treasury needs
- Relationship Management - build and maintain relationships across Treasury (ECM, GLM, BSM, etc.), technology, project management, enterprise and line of business data teams, risk/compliance, etc
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting/finance/business/analytics or related fields
- 5+ years of data management/analysis experience
- Strong partnering and communication abilities
- Time management skills, detailed oriented, organized - able to balance multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Curious and independent thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
- Proficient with SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Financial industry and credit product experience
- Experience with Capital, Liquidity, and other financial regulations
- Familiarity with Bank of America platforms / data eco-system
