Please note that this is a 4 months contract position. JOB SUMMARY:Researcher will research documents received without a claim number and assign documents to the file handlers box.• Candidate must be local to Charlotte, NC as the first 2 weeks will be onsite training and contractor will be required to work onsite once office reopensJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Receive documents via queue and research Trexo (system) or Charlie (system) to find claimant information.• Verify information in documents and apply appropriate claim number.• File documents to claim handlers box.JOB REQUIREMENTS:• 1 year of research experience• Strong attention to detail as the documents being handled are critical documents• Ability to thoroughly review documents for data accuracy• Ability to work independently• Good typing skillsEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:• High school diploma or greaterWORK SCHEDULE:• M-F 8am-5pmApplicants must provide their phone number.
