Description Project manager to help drive delivery for the Consumer Credit Assistance (CCA) Portfolio Execution team

The Consumer Credit Assistance (CCA) technology team is on a quest to modernize the technology stack that our business uses to help our clients get back on their feet. This role will focus on the delivery of technology projects for the CCA business with the following key responsibilities:Serves as single point of accountability for end to end project execution across people, process, and technology dimensionsOwns project forecasting and managing large project budget across multiple service provider teams; ensures "on budget" performanceLeads project work group meetings and owns regular status communications to stakeholders and senior business partnersEnsures all project deliverables are managed on time and with high qualityOwns all project system of record updatesEnsures team adherence to enterprise change standardsKeeps project team focused on delivering critical requirements and scopeEscalates and drives resolution of key project risks to ensure projects meet their intended objectives and deliver on timeApplies proactive upfront planning to drive predictable project execution with no major surprises or unexpected headwindsEnsures all project objectives are successfully achieved with appropriate measurement and traceability in place to confirm

Required Skills:

Requirements

10 + years. Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of high complexity across multiple departments across multiple business units. Manages, leads and directs the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project and/or organizationally aligned as direct reports. Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution. Responsibilities include: Manage Project Scope, Timeline and Budget/Expenses; obtain and align resources to key project roles; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities; oversight/Manage/Lead project execution, integration and implementation; Risk Management and Mitigation Planning; Readiness / Change Adoption/Stakeholder Management; Quality Assurance, ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied; Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the project; Acts as a Programme Manager if required on an interim basis; Ability to represent / deputise senior project stakeholders where required

Proven track record as an experienced project manager directly managing the delivery of solutionsExperience driving end-to-end delivery across large and complex project efforts ensuring all people, process, and technology deliverables are managed on time and with high qualityAbility to manage project budget and financials (project budgets will typically range from $1-$5MM)Experience providing project updates and leading discussions with senior stakeholders; demonstrates ability to communicate and adjust level of detail and messaging based on audienceDemonstrates strong competence with core project management tools and processes (this role will own all system of record updates across project execution and financials)minimum of 5 years of experience in an agile/scrum environment. Previous experience as a scrum master or coaching scrum masters.Past experience as a project manager at Bank of America with a proven track record of successAbility to lead Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid projectsPast experience working in the deployment of Collections & Recovery Technology solutionsPMP or Scaled Agile certified
