Position Summary

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end to end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on)
  • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
  • Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
  • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Supports resource planning for delivery/execution
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

Required Skills
  • Solution Delivery Process - Understands all roles and responsibilities within their team and uses the tool sets within the software lifecycle.
  • Business Products & Strategy - Working knowledge of products, services, business flows and understanding of financial context in which technology and operating principles are used within their business area.
  • Solution Design - Has knowledge of software development but has not been involved in hands on application development/coding.
  • Test Engineering - Has general awareness of testing practices but has not involved in hands on testing.
  • DevOps and Release Automation - Basic knowledge of automation and continuous delivery practices. Ability to participate in their role and utilize necessary tools with minimal guidance.
  • Application & Data Architecture - Basic awareness of architecture and design.
  • Ability to comply with bank standards for information security and business architectures.
