Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Business Manager to orchestrate the Digital Transformation and enable the Bosch Rexroth North American businessstrategy through Digital Excellence of People, Process, Product and Technology & Enabling.

  • Develops and leads rollout of Digital Excellence roadmap
  • Communicates digitalization activities including training concepts
  • Develops digital E2E process chain with functional Process Owners, IT-Capabilities, Process Chain Owners
  • Connects and aligns the digital excellence program, collaborates with strategic IT partners
  • Develops the enterprise architecture based on business requirements
  • Acts as head of global Center of Competence for Digital Workforce and the “People” side of the Digital Transformation
  • Manages team providing subject matter expertise in data analytics, automation and data science
  • Shapes and implements the data standards and strategy including data factory, modeling and analytics
  • Provides governance of enterprise architecture, IT security and guidelines
  • Ensures an optimal mix of IT projects to achieve operational and financial goals

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited university.
  • Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification preferred.
  • PMI Project Management Professional certification or Scrum certification preferred.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a leadership capacity developing and deploying innovative strategies that improve business outcomes.
  • Leadership of large change initiatives, applying processes, tools and techniques to manage the people side of change to achieve target business results.
  • Subject matter knowledge in digital sales and marketing, digital manufacturing, digital engineering and digital supply chain management.
  • Leadership of multinational projects using waterfall and agile methodologies. UX and Design Thinking experience preferred.
  • Coordination of end-to-end digital process design and improvement.
  • Well-versed in artificial intelligence, big data, data analytics and robotic process automation.
  • Experience in data strategy development and governance.
  • Approximately 30% travel

Proven Abilities:

  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in driving operative and strategic teams in a complex environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing to facilitate stakeholder discussions/decisions.
  • Results oriented as demonstrated by proven ability to meet deadlines and execute against multiple competing priorities with little to no supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities, priorities and changing environments.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn new things, innovate and grow.
