The Digital Education Specialist - Internal Training will be a key player in the management, development and execution of our internal CDL digital learning programs for CDL associates. This role will assist in the creation and coordination of engaging training programs for our CDL associates for CDL products which include mobile ordering apps, kiosks, POS, credit card readers and much more.

The Specialist- Internal Training will assist in the discovery and gathering of content for these internal training programs. A successful Specialist - Internal Training will be highly organized and able to collaborate with team members at all levels, showcase a high degree of self-direction to achieve results, embrace change, and remain adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Gather, manage and create content surrounding CDL Products • Work with key stakeholders & leadership to create outlines, confirm content needed for internal trainings • Collaborate and work closely with Digital Education Coordinator & Digital Education Program Manager• Assist in evaluating and determining method of learning• Develop Training Manuals and Quick Reference Guides (including content writing and editing)• Upload and Manage Learning Programs on our LMS system working closely with our Corporate L&D Department• Organize and execute target audience lists within LMS ensuring highest participation rate possible for programs and ensuring targets are hit • Gather content and work with key stakeholders to successfully develop curriculums• Collaborate with internal teams• Provide basic web maintenance and management of applications posted to related resource links on the internal website• Design and control library structure/contents• Collaborate with participating Agencies/partners to support their training efforts to include videos, LMS course creation, manuals and guides• Ability to create courses on Articulate Storyline and Rise• Measure and evaluate results of programs and incorporate into our learning strategies

Job Qualifications

• 3-5 years project or program management experience • 1-2 years of experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise• Interest in designing/developing content for technical, regulatory, and/or compliance training programs• Interest in growing with the CDL Digital Education team, and enhancing creative writing skills • The candidate hired will possess and demonstrate ability to use Microsoft Powerpoint • Creative Content Writing - ability to translate technical language into digestible content for non-techies• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Teaching or related field• Detail oriented with excellent technical, verbal and written communication skills• Able to multi task and excel in a fast paced on-time deliverable environment• Welcome changing requirements, even late in development• Must have 'Can Do - Professional Attitude' and be a team player• Self-driven, with demonstrated interpersonal, communication and cross-functional leadership skills• Passion for learning, training and teaching
