JOB SUMMARY

Compass Digital Labs, has a Great Opportunity for a full time remote role for a Delivery Platform Administrator. This position in our Digital Services Organization will plan, design and configure technology to support the delivery team. The initial project will focus on implementing a CPQ tool. Later projects will include other technology to automate our processes. Incumbent will have responsibility for liaising with various internal CDL teams and supplier partners to design workflows, forms and outputs/data to support phase one of the project management lifecycle. The incumbent will also participate in implementation and ongoing enhancements to the tools, including acting as the main point of contact for integrations to 3rd party platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to assess business requirements across various functional areas
  • Document system requirements, process flows and desired outputs
  • Transform business requirements to processes via software configuration and/or lead consultation efforts with a 3rd party Implementation Consultant
  • Ability to coordinate customization of existing tools to meet specific team needs
  • Test and validate CPQ tool to ensure desired goals are met
  • Participate in and/or lead ongoing iterations of changes to CPQ tool
  • Oversee implementation of CPQ tool, including integrations to 3rd party systems
  • Maintain tools ongoing with product and price changes
  • Assist in creating budgetary estimates for the field operators

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience building and/or maintaining CPQ or comparable CRM tool
  • Experience with CPQ or other CRM tools preferred
  • Knowledge of CDL products strongly suggested
  • Detail oriented with strong prioritization, time management and organization skills
  • Experience working in Microsoft suite of application required, including MS SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
