The Director of Wealth Integration & Partnerships works to integrate Truist Wealth into the Truist Enterprise to ensure all wealth-qualified clients and prospects experience the Truist Wealth value proposition, which includes leveraging Truist Enterprise resources to meet all client needs. This role will have a strong focus on enabling integrated relationship management through the development of robust relationships and referral pathways.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Lead partnership integration strategy and execution between Truist Wealth and assigned Truist enterprise-wide lines of business to meet the Truist purpose and mission.

In partnership with Wealth client experience team, work with assigned Truist Wealth lines of business to maximize opportunities for engagement with Truist clients and prospects that fit those businesses.Provide performance observations and recommendations to leadership in order to drive change and accelerate IRM growth over time.

Implement strategies to drive targeted client acquisitions and relationship deepening that lead to growth in inbound client and prospect introductions to the Wealth Division. Key strategies will focus on the Truist Enterprise IRM strategy and lead generation efforts with marketing.Drive revenue and household growth for Truist Wealth through effective enterprise wide partnerships that enable collaboration to address client and prospect holistic needs.

Be an active, engaged and supportive teammate, enabling overall Truist Wealth success through communication and collaboration across disciplines and in particular within the Strategy and Performance Management group and Sales channel teams.Support the Truist key risk management behaviors and actions (Know, Identify, Communicate, Mitigate, and Monitor) by incorporating sound judgement and ethical business practices in all decision making.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Minimum five years of experience in Wealth Management (Interdisciplinary understanding of banking and brokerage operations, sales and administration)

Bachelor Degree in Finance or Business (or equivalent experience)Strong Project Management Leadership Skills

Demonstrated presentation skills (public speaking and writing)Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong Client Service and Consulting SkillsPreferred Qualifications:Master Degree in Finance or Business (or equivalent experience)

Direct involvement in a Wealth line of business sales processKnowledge and experience designing and implementing Sales Force to drive revenue-enhancing behavior
