Remote; preference for candidates local to the Charlotte area. We're looking for a dedicated Field Service Support Analyst for our innovative client in Charlotte.

- Develop an in-depth knowledge of core operational systems
- Offer troubleshooting support to address system incidents and user issues escalated from tier 1 support team
- Write and execute SQL queries to research/resolve data issues when they arise
- Manage support tickets in enterprise incident management system
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in an application support role
- Ability to gather details, research, and troubleshoot issues
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Ability to communicate technical concepts across audiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
