Roles/Responsibilities:
Consulting with customer on service request for Content Management Assisting with provisioning efforts for the supported services Managing changes in support of customer service request & infrastructure changes patching Provide backup support for the supported serviceRequired Qualifications: Expertise in IBM FileNet P8 Experience in creating FileNet objects through FEM / ACCE. Expertise in deployments using FDM in performing export /Import of FileNet objects. Well aware of FileNet concepts and IBM FileNet/ICN administration and supporting the storing / retrieving / managing content and workflows etc. Expertise in developing and integrating IBM FileNet with upstream systems / applications using CMIS APIs and Customer Component Development Expertise in IBM Case Manager /FileNet customization and integrating using, J2EE, Web services and deployments Well aware of the Oracle/SQL concepts Working knowledge of ICN creating the desktops, repositories, menus and development of EDS plugin's in ICN will be added advantage.
