- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to Seven years of relevant experience
- Experience in Core Java, preferably version 1.8 or higher
- REST APIs and Microservices, knowledge of JSON (Java Script Object Notation) handling
- Frameworks like classic Spring or Spring Boot
- Experience in DevOps processes, CI/CD (Continuous Development/Continuous Integration) pipeline development and orchestration
- Experience with Cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) or AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Build tools like Apache Maven, Jenkins
- Knowledge in Agile Methodologies and experience of working in agile projects
- Knowledge of Kafka, Cassandra, any NoSQL database e.g. MongoDB, Orient DB, CouchDB etc.
- Experience with GitHub or GitLab
- Experience with Angular/React ( preferred )
- Experience with tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Kibana etc.
- Considerable knowledge of systems technology and functional area
- Strong technical and business knowledge of organization policies and procedures
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated analytical, project management and tactical planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
