- Act as sales and enablement lead / primary point of contact for NTT DATA's Future of Work digital platform
- Own the design and operation for client success programs and CSAT metrics
- Be an expert, senior advisor to global clients embarking on a FoW transformation.
- Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their transformation journey.
- Drive business development in the form of sales plans and strategies, solution design, client proposals, budget forecasting and management, engagement planning and resourcing for platform launch and subsequent phases.
- Drive profitable growth for the platform and associated consulting services through continued platform optimization and delivery / quality excellence.
- Bring forth and partner on the delivery of platform development and operational initiatives
- Act as SME and advisor for the platform's capabilities
- Scale solution support, sales and operation teams in line with growth realization
- Research and build out new services for clients to stay ahead of the curve.
- Coach, manage, and mentor consulting resources at various levels to high-performance / high results.
- Build internal network and partnerships for business expansion opportunities and career growth.
- Engage in hiring process including evaluating potential candidates and interviewing.
- Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates.
- Own management reporting and PMO processes associated with the platform's operation
- Interface with client teams, consulting teams and IT / Operations to ensure program level configuration and alignment of objectives and SME requirements
- Interact with NTT DATA teams as needed across marketing, finance ops, IT support, all leadership
- You have a bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
- You have 8+ years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience where you contributed to growing a practice through industry presence and drove the development of collateral/assets, as well as built and managed client and executive relationships.
- You have 3+ years' experience driving new business by owning and defining offerings & leading go-to-market programs. You developed and presented custom solutions and pricing estimates, which required you to identify market priorities & partnered with sales & client teams.
- You have 8+ years' experience leading successful complex engagements in learning, development, and new skilling.
- You have been responsible for managing delivery of work totaling $4M+ in revenue/project budget with 100% deal margin achieved.
- You have 5+ years' experience building, leading, coaching, and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 20 members.
- You have the ability to travel 50% or more of the time as COVID 19 restrictions are lifted.
- You have 6 years of experience in Learning platform design, configuration and management and LXP and digital learning content development.
- You have impressive communication skills. You have the ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.
