You’ll join the Global Recruitment Operations Strategy Team at Accenture. Our team is focused on enabling Accenture to become a strategic evidence-led function for our future workforce. Central to this is the foundation of our recruiting technology to ensure that we have a single source of data– Workday for Recruiting & Onboarding. We need you to manage a Global team of Functional Leads post go-live and stabilization for our end-to-end recruiting process. Your work will impact a global recruiting team of over 4,000 recruiters, enabling them to manage their work, build and foster strategic relationships with hiring managers. You will partner with Accenture Leadership, Market Unit Recruitment Leaders, and Technology Leads to enhance optimize Workday using the lens of its users. What can you look forward to?Leadership decisions on future R&O priorities including optimization, Future Enterprise initiatives, Program Implement Planning

Collaborating with multiple cross functional and Market Unit stakeholders utilizing consultative mindset

Ensuring a cohesive workstream and assessing cross functional impacts of Workday R&O Implementation inclusive of new country initiatives, Change Management, Change Network, Training, Solution Owners/Functional Leads, V&A and more.

Managing complexity while also thinking about the most effective, yet simplest and pragmatic approach to our Workday Recruiting solution.

Basic QualificationsMinimum 7 years of experience of working in a Recruiting function.

Minimum 3 years of experience with leading recruiting technology systems (Workday, SAP, etc.)

Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting process optimization.

Minimum 3 years of experience leading a global recruiting team.

Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts or equivalent relevant experience

Preferred QualificationsExperience in applying Agile principles in your ways of working and projects

Previous experience deploying Workday Recruiting in a global environment

Advanced recruiting process optimization skills.

Consultative skills and ability to think about product delivery with an “outside in” mindset

Experience working in a matrixed environment

Professional Skills:Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
