Job Description:

As part of Global Technology Chief Operating Office, the GT Resiliency & Business Continuity (GRBC) team drives consistent, end to end unified business processes across GT for resiliency and business continuity. The GBRC team directly impacts the firm's ability to achieve and sustain technology resiliency and recovery across GT ensuring effective coordination of testing, exercise and live events. In partnership with the Enterprise Global Operational Continuity & Resiliency (GOC&R) team,- GRBC performs standard functions to develop plans, tests and responses in preparation for an actual technical disruption event.

Supports the GRBC Governance team responsible for driving a centralized governance forum for the identification, escalation and debate of Risks, Issues and Trends for the Global Technology Resiliency and Business Continuity program. Also, the team ensures operational and well-organized delivery of governance materials within monthly meetings for leaders across the enterprise, definition and management of governance routines and procedural standards.

  • Managing multiple monthly meetings for leaders across the enterprise.
  • Managing meeting invitations/responses, materials preparation (gathering input from multiple sources, creating PPT decks, reviewing with leaders, implementing feedback, and managing version control), facilitating meetings, and identifying/implementing process improvements /efficiencies.
  • Demonstrates business and/or technical acumen to recommend and implement processes and identify risks that assist in protecting the bank's assets.
  • May provide business continuity subject matter consulting support in audit and regulatory matters, as needed.
  • May work under close or minimal supervision with guidance from manager or team lead.
  • Maintaining and identifying process improvements and efficiencies; organization and tracking of GRBC routines; coordination of meeting topics with SLT and engagement teams; preparation of materials including gathering input from multiple sources, creating PPT decks/templates, reviewing/edits/updates with leaders, implementing feedback, and managing version control; managing meeting invitations/responses; scheduling and facilitation of meetings; documentation retention and archiving.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Proficient in managing SharePoint documents, including version control
  • Experience streamlining processes/implementing efficiencies
  • SharePoint development experience a plus but not required
  • Strong organization, time, and priority management skills
  • Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Operates with a sense of urgency and ownership
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities and competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently in fast paced environment with minimal direction
  • Comfortable working with leaders at all levels of the organization
