- IAM Engineer with a minimum 6+ years hands-on identity and access management and information security experience.
- The successful candidate will have experience engineering and integrating applications using Okta federated solutions including out of the box (OOTB) connectors, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, as well as hands-on development experience utilizing Java, Okta APIs, SCIM, and custom connectors.
- Demonstrated experience with Okta implementation including access gateway, reverse proxy, policy configuration, supporting and implementing MFA and risk based adaptive MFA, IAM policies and network zones is required.
- Knowledge and understanding of database structures, networking, VPNs, and firewalls is required.
- All candidates should have experience and understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, ADFS, including a solid understanding of LDAP directories, OU structures, schemas, including experience updating schemas and attributes.
- Candidates should be intimately familiar with IAM frameworks and have a deep understanding of identity management, assurance, authentication, access, and authorization entitlements.
- Working experience with SSO domains realms, rules, responses, and policies is expected with a minimum of 3 years of implementation experience with SSO and federation using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, WSfederation, APIs as well as experience with automating provisioning and deprovisioning access solutions;
- Minimum 3 years hands-on Java development experience as well as Unix/ Linux shell scripting, PowerShell scripting, JavaScript and Perl. IAM integration experience with AWS, AzureAD, O365, Palo Alto, Proofpoint, CrowdStrike, Netskope, and network and firewall devices are a big plus.
- Preferred candidates will have experience automating provisioning and deprovisioning with SCIM, implementing Okta lifecycle management LCM workflows. ServiceNow automation, orchestration, and development experience a huge plus.
