We have a great opportunity for a talented IT Analyst with our client, a leader in their industry.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the IT Analyst: - Monitor production operation and maintain the availability of assigned applications
- Provide 24x7 on call support and review and react to system and performance metrics
- Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes to assigned solutions
- Work with monitoring solutions to create dashboards and alerts
- Help with testing and migrating code through test regions
Requirements of the IT Analyst: - 1-3 years of experience as an IT Analyst or equivalent
- Strong programming, troubleshooting, SQL coding
- Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system
- Effective communication skills
