We're looking for a talented Business Analyst to work across business and technology teams, providing expertise and thought leadership.This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. - Serve as business process subject matter expert for IT teams
- Gather and document requirements
- Work with business to prioritize needs
- Work with product owners to prioritize and deliver functional business requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent and 10+ years of experience in IT discipline related to software delivery
- 10+ years of BA experience in application development, from gathering requirements, testing, implementing, and maintaining applications
- 2+ years of experience in an Agile organization
- Jira, Confluence, SQL experience
- Startup experience a plus
