- Act as a liaison between technology teams and business support managers to assist with technology funding related gaps, challenges and changes
- Role responsibilities to include but not be limited to:
- Developing tools and tracking mechanisms to ensure all financial decisions and changes are clearly documented and communicated on a timely basis
- Resource and Direct Expense forecasting
- Ensuring programs and projects are forecasted as expected from a spend perspective
- Partnering with the Tech Teams, BSMs, PMO and in some cases LOB
- Assisting project teams in activities to resolve planning and funding issues/gaps
- Supporting strategic and ad hoc business support and financial needs
- Preferred of 5-7 years previous Bank, technology strategic planning or project management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to succinctly convey information to executive leaders and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with a diverse set of stakeholders, quickly identify their needs and develop plans to support them
- Ability to anticipate the next step in the process and develop proactive plans / tools to address
- Understanding of DAIC, Agile, PPRT, PCM, and other Client project management methodologies and tools
- Must be a creative thinker, results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple (potentially competing) tasks and to work effectively across teams
- SharePoint set up and maintenance
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
