- Support set up, maintenance and other support for PVS (Product Variant Selling); creating the variant relationship, maintaining them in systems, and supporting Brand Advocates and Suppliers
- Support the set-up of Collections in systems and provide support to Brand Advocates and Merchants with questions and follow up on collection requests
- This role executes enterprise item maintenance processes and is responsible for the ongoing upkeep of the health of the item repository.
- This role also identifies and participates in efforts to improve maintenance processes.
- This role is responsible for the oversight and upkeep of the digital asset experience.
- Executes item lifecycle processes and identifies process improvement opportunities.
- Partners with the right teams for any issues needing resolution, in regards to item data maintenance.
- Supports in the execution of efforts to put new processes in place to enhance our ability to maintain the library of items.
- Responsible for understanding the merchandising process and causes/reasons for item status changes as well as other actions taken against items related to pricing/markdowns, promotions, inventory availability, and fulfillment.
- Experience in product data management or retail industry
- Extensive MS Excel knowledge and application
- Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational needs.
- Analyze and report on complex data sets.
- Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways.
- Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and indicate quality of final analysis.
- Acts as a liaison between IT and business units by opening and maintaining lines of communication to monitor and improve business unit satisfaction with IT,
- Provides a single point of contact for business units into IT and acts as a conduit between the two organizations.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
- Document requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
- Conduct preliminary investigation for all project requests.
- Review requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives on projects.
- Collect and analyze metrics, and continually improve processes owned by the group.
- Assist in root cause analysis to recommend product enhancements to improve productivity for business unit and IT.
- BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis in a related field
- Master s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA).
- 2+ years of work experience in a business role requiring interaction with executive leadership.
- 2+ years of work experience working on cross-functional project teams.
