We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to design and develop detailed requirements for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM enhancement. On a typical day, you will be responsible for engaging with business stakeholders, understanding project needs, and translating business requirements into technical specifications and functional documentation. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Responsibilities of the Lead Business Analyst:- Schedule and facilitate meetings with business stakeholders to understand and analyze current state processes
- Document current state processes, data, and technology systems information
- Work with business and technical team members to develop future state solution requirements
- Translate business requirements into modifications to existing relationship diagrams, tables, user interfaces, and reports
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Someone who can take ownership of client interactions in identifying project-based needs
- Ability to translate user requirements into business requirement documents and technical specifications
