It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant with Corporate Risk with Independent Testing and Validation Data Strategy team.In this role, you will:Assist ITV Data Strategy team in Testing platform Data Management, Analytics and Reporting
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness using data, of the support function and business performance
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team, team leaders, and business process and data owners to drive strategic initiatives
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution and data analytics staff within the group
Required Qualifications, US:5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:5+ years Data and Business Strategy Consulting
Experience in Data Analytics, Reporting & Data Management
Significant experience in SQL coding
Experience in Analytic tools such as SAS & Python, knowledge of SAS Viya preferred
Familiar with Data base design principles
Experience consulting, influencing and partnering with business executives, leadership, and peers
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
