- Responsible for a variety of pre-close and post-close activities for complex commercial, commercial real estate and/or problem loans.
- Responsibilities include: coordinating all aspects of loan closings; performing customer, loan and regulatory diligence; on-going portfolio maintenance; accurately evaluating and uploading data into the bank systems of record; ensuring compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements; may review and/or prepare loan related documents; may provide guidance and training to other team members.
- Individual contributor generally recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas.
- 5+ years of commercial loan closing experience, commercial loan administration experience, or a combination of both Commercial loan documentation, preparation, or review experience Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Responsible for a variety of pre-close and post-close activities for the most complex commercial, commercial real estate and/or problem loans. Examples might include but not limited to: performing customer, loan and regulatory diligence; accurately evaluating and uploading data into the banks systems of record; coordinate loan closings; may review loan documents; may provide guidance and training to other team members; may manage, lead, or participate on large cross-group projects and escalate as necessary to meet timelines; may be responsible for planning and executing a variety of programs, services and initiatives including but not limited to process improvements and redesign, as well as integration/implementation of programs/services with cross functional business partners.
- Ability to research, compile, and perform complex analysis on due diligence materials and to ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to partner and lead on projects.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy while working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
