Repair, modify and install equipment to maintain and operate the facility.
Work in confined spaces, on elevated platforms, ladders, scaffolding, and roofs.
Perform all tasks associated with troubleshooting equipment and proof test equipment as necessary to solve problems and pro-actively prevent them.
Perform all tasks associated with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Recognize problems, identify root cause, develop options to address within time constraints, implement appropriate solutions.
PLC ladder logic troubleshooting and maintenance of power systems through standard instrumentation.
Install, test, and maintain control devices, presence-sensing devices, etc.
Accurately maintain records and reports as required.
Install, calibrate, test, troubleshoot, and repair Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs
Install, test, and maintain processes controlled by motor control systems.
Work from detailed technical documents, blueprints, and schematicsThe essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 12 hours at one time
Skills
repair equipment (3 years of experience is required)
electrician (3 years of experience is required)
troubleshoot
interpret wiring schematics
understand CAD drawings
hydraulics and pneumatics
Blueprints
Maintenance (3 years of experience is required)
