- Capture Business Requirements, Create Business Case and document the information collected
- Baseline Current State Network and Connectivity and create architecture diagrams to incorporate the requirements.
- Create Projects Preliminary Scope and coordinate with the project management team
- Produce Technical Documentation (Network and Connectivity Diagrams, Infrastructure Diagrams, Technical Specifications)
- Network Incident Management, Onsite Support, Inventory Management, Site Surveys
- A combination of technical and people skills. Self-directed and proactive. Aptitude for becoming an account manager for their customer environments.
- Defensive cybersecurity skills (incident response, tool deployment, firewall rule analysis, etc.) as well as offensive interrogation /discovery.
- OT (Operational Technology)/Lab! Building Automation experience is preferred. Experience in ICS (industrial control system)/factory/plant settings.
- Service NOW and/or JIRA experience is a plus. Knowledge of ITSM principles.
- Data analysis and transformation. Awk/sed/grep, RegEx, or similar are a plus.
