Job Description:

Manages multiple related and interdependent projects and technology change initiatives specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Project responsibility requires responsibility for staff and budget. Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Ability to analyze present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation. Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control. Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles. Demonstrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and deciding processes. Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan. Management experience with small teams. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes. Typically 3+ plus years of project management support experience.

Job Description:
  • Project management role supporting Global Markets Operations.
  • Role focuses on delivery of the Client Operations Services strategy. This includes project management of critical projects end to end within the Reference Data, Client Services, Client Onboarding and Offboarding functions. Role faces off to Senior Stakeholders and coordinates delivery across Ops SMEs and multiple technology teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for end to end delivery / execution of the project. This includes coordinating requirements with SMEs, managing delivery timelines, organizing UAT and E2E Testing,
  • Release / go live coordination as well as training and communications.
  • Role also needs to lead efforts to ensure all Bank of America project management standards are followed.
  • Role will be responsible for key program updates and communications to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of Project management experience / support of project delivery.
  • 3+ years of Operations and/or LOB and Global Market business experience.
  • Organized and able to operate with limited direction.
  • Clear and concise communications with ability to influence senior leaders.
