- 10+ years of experience building & leading high performing technology development teams
- 5+ years of proven history of leading large-scale self-service enabled BI & Analytics implementations
- 5+ years developing software in PL/SQL, C, C, Java, Shell script, Scala, Ruby, and/or Python
- 5+ years of hands on experience with MicroStrategy, Alteryx, Tableau, or similar technologies
- 5+ years of experience building, designing and architecting enterprise BI & analytics solutions with core data ecosystem technologies like Oracle, SQL and Hadoop Ecosystem
- 5+ years' experience with ETL (e.g., Informatica) & traditional relational database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and SQL skills, including developing stored procedures, functions, and triggers
- Experience in architectural strategy, policy design, process design, business architecture, management information reporting, metadata management, data quality and data governance
- Awareness of data regulation and best practices in data management and governance
- Demonstrated communications skills, including the ability to distill complex issues into simple, compelling messages in presentations
- Ability to influence and drive technology leadership across a portfolio of applications
- Willingness and ability to drive collaboration effectively in a team environment
- Excellent partner & teammate to peers; can influence & resolve across technology and business organizational lines
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills and who can navigate the organization, challenges the status quo to transform the business and bring multiple stakeholders together to achieve strategic business goals
- Able to leverage input from SME's and to rapidly identify alternatives for things such as scope, design choices, resourcing alternatives, etc.

- Develop & execute to GHR BI & Analytics 5-year Road Map balancing the long-term "big picture" and short-term needs
- Proven ability to drive development and operational excellence across a large portfolio set
- Advocates and advances modern, Agile solution delivery practices and evangelizes great design, engineering, and organizational practices
- Effectively communicate status, project findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and clients
- Demonstrates good risk management - identifies, articulates, quantifies impact, outlines mitigation plan with controls
- Prepare compelling presentations to inform and advise client executives and other stakeholders on the actions we believe their organization should undertake
