Bring your energy and find out what’s next for you.Position Title- PackerLocation- Charlotte, NC 28269Pay Rate – $14.00 per hour1 st Shift- 8:00AM to 4:00PM (Possible Overtime)Temporary- to hireJob description/Position Summary:Responsible for packing / repacking products

Measures, weighs, and counts products and material

Assembles, lines, and pads cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools

Cleans containers, materials, supplies, or work area using cleaning solutions and hand tools

Examines and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met

Loads products into package processing equipment, marks and labels containers, container tags, or products using marking tools

Obtains, moves, and sorts products, materials, containers, and orders using hand tools

Places and/or pours products or materials into containers using hand tools and equipment

Records product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records

Removes completed or defective products or materials

Seal’s containers or materials, using glues, fasteners, nails, and hand tools

Requirements:Over the age of 18

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as it relates to the job and safety requirements

Ability to lift 40lbs

Basic arithmetic skills

Adequate physical fitness

Requires working until all products are accurately selected and loaded
