Onsite opportunity - qualified candidates will be local to the Charlotte area We're looking for a motivated Procurement Operations Specialist to support enterprise procurement needs.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the Procurement Operations Specialist: - Create order requests in eProcurement tool with correct accounting and GL coding
- Review and follow up with employees on POs pending receipts
- Review procurement and third party risk ticket submissions requests
- Verify and look up PO accounting details and verify correct GL account code
- Follow up on order request approval routing with business users, executives, and FP&A
- Responsible for PO copy transmission to vendors
- Review and submit DocuSign contracts for execution post PO approval
